The reason: it would theoretically have been possible to fire the rimless cartridge from the tilting barrel gun for rim cartridges.<\/p>\n<h3>Change in firearms legislation for hunting ammunition in France<\/h3>\n<p>This is now <strong>over<\/strong>. After a <strong>long phase of uncertainty<\/strong> and ever new rumours, e.g. the .30-06 would now be permitted in France, the standard cartridges are now permitted.<\/p>\n<p>The former board member of the Saarland Hunters' Association, Alfred Schwarz, who still has his ear to the ground in France and is involved in the <strong>Hunting and weapons law<\/strong> of the neighbouring country, has shared this: \"Last year, in the neighbouring country <strong>France amended its firearms legislation to<\/strong> that in future (also) <strong>Hunting weapons<\/strong> no longer according to their calibre, but <strong>according to their dangerousness<\/strong> are to be categorised.<\/p>\n<p>Now the still <strong>Pending regulation <\/strong>published about this and on<strong> 6 September in force<\/strong> entered into force: \"D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2013-700 du 30 juillet 2013 portant application de la loi n\u00b0 2012-304 du 6 mars 2012 relative \u00e0 l'\u00e9tablissement d'un contr\u00f4le des armes moderne, simplifi\u00e9 et pr\u00e9ventif\" (with 188 articles).<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Regulation names<\/strong> in Art. 2, sous-section 2, 4\u00b0, only <strong>few calibres for which a special permit is required for acquisition and possession.<\/strong> These are the <strong>Cartridges 7.62\u00d739; 5.45\u00d739 Russian; 12.7\u00d799; 14.5\u00d7114 <\/strong>and but<strong><strong> also still the 5.56\u00d745, better known as .223 Rem.!!!!<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All other calibres<\/strong>such as the widespread<strong> .30-06, .308<\/strong> or<strong> 8x57IS, 6.5\u00d755 are now permitted.\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Ideal lead-free bullets in the shop with military calibre<\/h3>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div><div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-2126482668\">\n\t<div id=\"col-2099481250\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"woocommerce columns-4\"><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New legislative decree comes into force in France.
