Vor allem interessierte es uns, den <strong>urspr\u00fcnglichen Laufherstellungsspezialisten <a href=\"https:\/\/ddoptics.shop\/besuch-des-waffenherstellers-bergara-in-spanien-baskenland-teil-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Bergara<\/a><\/strong> beim Produzieren derselben zu beobachten. Davor hie\u00df es aber noch, in die Firmeneigene Kantine, wo wir mit einem herrlichen, baskischen Mittagsmen\u00fc versorgt wurden.<\/p>\n<h3>Die drei Verfahren zur Gewehrlauf-Herstellung<\/h3>\n<p>Wie vielleicht viele von Ihnen schon wissen, gibt es:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li>Das genaue, <strong>spanabhebende Verfahren des Laufziehens<\/strong> mit Meisel oder Ziehmesser (das \u00e4lteste Verfahren) mit dem <strong>Nachteil der Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=L_yemjfgkE0&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li>Dazu kommt noch das <strong>spanlose Kaltumformverfahren<\/strong> mit den massiven\u00a0<strong>H\u00e4mmermaschinen,<\/strong> wo die vielen H\u00e4mmer mit <strong>hoher Kraft von au\u00dfen auf den Laufrohling<\/strong> mit Bohrung schlagen und das Material auf den <strong>innenliegenden Dorn mit Laufkontur<\/strong> &#8220;schmieden&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dC7pWfM3ngU&amp;t=28s&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li>Und dann gibt es das von<strong> innen kaltverformende, spanlose Knopfziehverfahren (engl. button rifling)<\/strong>, bei dem ein Dorn (button) mit der<strong> fertigen Laufkontur den Lauf innen<\/strong> komplett fertig herstellt. Der Dorn wird dabei mit hoher Kraft durch die <strong>perfekt vorbereitete und polierte Laufbohrung<\/strong> gezogen. Im Video ab 6 Minuten gezeigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-KwDcP-_WSw&amp;t=420s&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bergara hat sich<strong> international &#8211; vor allem in den USA &#8211; einen Namen mit dem Knopfziehverfahren gemacht<\/strong>. Alle\u00a0<strong>L\u00e4ufe werden\u00a0<\/strong>aus den Stahlsorten \u201eAIS416\u201c oder \u201eAISI4140\u201c hergestellt. Viele <strong>Benchrestsch\u00fctzen n\u00fctzen die L\u00e4ufe<\/strong> f\u00fcr ihre sehr teuren Pr\u00e4zisionswaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Die urspr\u00fcnglich von <strong>Ed Shilen (USA) \u00fcbernommene Fertigungstechnik<\/strong> wurde bei<strong> Bergara weiterentwickelt bzw. verfeinert<\/strong> und es wurden Fertigungsmaschinen an die speziellen Anforderungen von Bergara angepasst. Inzwischen arbeiten <strong>3 Knopfziehmaschinen im Mehrschichtbetrieb an 7 Tagen die Woche<\/strong> und es werden <strong>\u00fcber\u00a0200.000 Waffenl\u00e4ufe<\/strong> in eigene Jagd- und Sportwaffen montiert,(rund 70.000 pro Jahr) oder an<strong> andere Waffenhersteller<\/strong> in die USA geliefert.<\/p>\n<h3>Eigene Jagd- und Sportwaffenentwicklung und Waffenproduktion bei Bergara<\/h3>\n<p>Wie im Teil 1 des Berichtes bereits erw\u00e4hnt, sind bei <strong>Dikar &#8211; Bergara &#8220;Kreativit\u00e4t und Innovation&#8221;<\/strong> wichtige Firmenwerte. Vermutlich dachten sich die <strong>Bergara Ingenieure<\/strong>, wenn man schon L\u00e4ufe herstellen kann, dann k\u00f6nnten wir doch auch gleich beste <strong>Jagd- und Sportwaffen entwickeln<\/strong> und<strong> produzieren.<\/strong> Gut gedacht und gut gemacht, gibt es inzwischen ein ganzes Repertoire an Modellen zu kaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigung der <strong>Hauptkomponenten und der Zusammenbau erfolgt in Bergara<\/strong>. Die Sch\u00e4fte werden von Partnern zugeliefert &#8211; die Werkzeuge dazu sind aber im Besitz von Bergara. Ein kleiner Teil der Komponenten kommt als Halbzeuge zu Bergara und wird dort in der Fertigung endfertig zum Zusammenbau produziert. Alles andere wird im Haus gefertigt, um <strong>maximale Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit<\/strong> zu bewahren.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende der Produktion steht der Zusammenbau der Waffen mit gleichzeitiger finaler Pr\u00fcfung aller Funktionen und Einstellungen.<\/p>\n<h3>Der Finale Waffen Test &#8211; eigener 100 Yards Schie\u00dfstand und Beschussanlage im Haus<\/h3>\n<p>Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit ist immer besser! Nach langen Verhandlungen mit den <strong>Spanischen Beh\u00f6rden wurde Bergara der Bau eines eigenen Schie\u00dftunnels genehmigt<\/strong> und die aufw\u00e4ndige Pr\u00fcfung der Waffen mit den vielen Fahrten zum offiziellen Schie\u00dfstand waren Geschichte.<\/p>\n<p>Z.B. wird jede <strong>Bergara B14<\/strong>\u00a0auf der Schie\u00dfanlage mit <strong>3 Schuss Standardmunition<\/strong> im jeweiligen Kaliber getestet. Der<strong> Mindeststreukreis betr\u00e4gt 25 mm<\/strong>. Das Beschussblatt wird an den Kunden mit \u00fcbergeben. Sollte der Streukreis dar\u00fcber liegen, geht die Waffe zur\u00fcck zum Zusammenbau und wird genau \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<p>Wir selber haben den 3er Beschuss von <strong>B14 HMR<\/strong> Waffen gesehen &#8211; mit <strong>Streukreisen von 13 mm<\/strong> &#8211; bemerkenswerte Schussleistung des Laufes bzw. der Bergara Waffe.<\/p>\n<p>In Abst\u00e4nden kommt dann ein<strong> offizieller Mitarbeiter der Beh\u00f6rde und begleitet den Beschuss<\/strong> und nimmt ihn auch ab.
