How to pay conveniently in the Optik Sport Shop

When we first came up with the idea for the Optik Sport shop, it was very important to us to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible. The easiest way to achieve this goal is to offer all known and popular payment options. This should make it easy for you as a customer to complete your e-order.

New: Purchase on account - security for both sides

Due to the many customer enquiries, all Optical products via purchase on account - after Klarna approval - purchasable.

As soon as we receive your bank transfer (for prepayment), we will prepare your parcel for dispatch. We will wait a maximum of 7 days for receipt of your bank transfer, after which we will cancel your order. Please note: Bank transfers (also online) can take 1-3 working days from DE to AT. We therefore advise you not to pay in advance for urgent orders.

We support VISA and MasterCard and use the financial service provider Stripe for this purpose. We need the following data from you: Card number, validity, credit card company and the Check digit of your credit card.

With VISA and MasterCard, your check digit is a three-digit number on the back of your card. This guaranteed the Payment security on the Internet. Your credit card may also be activated for the 3-D Secure Code.

PayPal is now synonymous worldwide with your security when making payments. After the purchase you will be forwarded to paypal.com for payment. With this payment method, your order will be dispatched immediately, sometimes on the same day. Please note our dispatch days depending on the destination country. We do not charge any additional processing fees for this payment method.

In cooperation with the Klarna financial services provider, we offer customers in Austria, Germany and all other activated countries the Purchase on account as a payment option. The payment period for Klarna invoice 14 days from invoice date. The Invoice will be issued when the goods are dispatched and sent either by e-mail or together with the goods.

Please note that the payment method on account can only be used if Billing and delivery address are identical and your private residence (no company address and no P.O. Box address).

The payment is made to Klarna. Please note that Klarna invoice for consumers only is available. Further information and Klarna's full terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found at HERE for customers from Austria resp. HERE for customers from Germany. We charge a service fee of € 1.50 per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.

Klarna hire purchase (exclusively for customers from Germany)
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95).
