General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. order and conclusion of contract
You have selected your desired products and would like to order. You can correct all entries until you send your order. Only when you have checked your data on the last order page do you send your order to DDoptics Optik-Sport-Shop. After sending your order, you will receive an individual e-mail with your personal order confirmation together with your invoice details for the order. In this e-mail you will also find all further information about payment processing and delivery. The goods are ordered by submitting the completed order form online. The purchase contract between you and DDoptics Optik Sport Shop is concluded by confirming the order of an article selected by you.
1.1 Special offer - Alpen Sepp gourmet boxes for selected product orders
For individual products we offer you a free pleasure box with your purchase, to order from www.alpensepp.com. We will send you a voucher code by email - issued to your registered order email address. The voucher code cannot be redeemed in cash and is non-transferable. The validity of the voucher expires with the cancellation of the purchase at the Optik-Sport-Shop. Therefore, we will only send you the voucher code after the cancellation period has expired - or - you inform us by email shortly before the cancellation period expires that you will keep the product and not cancel. For Swiss customers, this only applies if the delivery address is not in Switzerland.
2. payment and delivery
We deliver against prepayment or the payment options offered to us in the Optik-Sport-Shop. The goods are usually dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment. If the goods cannot be delivered in full, we will inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries or reduce quantities. Any delays in delivery on our part do not entitle you to claim damages.
2.1 Payment by invoice and financing
In co-operation with Klarna Bank AB (publ)Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is [14] days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The complete invoice terms for the countries in which this payment method is available can be found here: Germany, Austria.
- Instalment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly instalments according to the conditions specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. Further information on instalment purchases, including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit for the countries in which this payment method is available, can be found here (only available in the countries indicated):Germany, Austria.
- Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
- Direct debit: Available in Germany and Austria. The amount will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the date by e-mail.
- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Germany and Austria. The amount will be debited after dispatch of the goods or tickets / availability of the service or, in the case of a subscription, according to the communicated times.
The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found here. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy treated.
2.2 Authorised use of DDoptics optics for purchase on account
The free and non-binding use of DDoptics products for testing purposes is intended and authorised. After acquisition of the goods by payment of the purchase price, ownership is transferred to the user. The user is then fully authorised to use the goods. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to normal use, you do not have to pay compensation or a usage fee.
3. shipping costs
For deliveries within Austria, we generally charge a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 12. Final shipping costs for domestic and international deliveries will be displayed in the online shop shortly before you finalise your order. We only accept payments in Euro.
4. right of cancellation / Cancellation policy

4.1 Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender to us the goods or services received as well as benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or if you are unable to return or surrender them in part or only in a deteriorated condition (see also point 2.2), you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the use of the goods if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop, for example. The regular costs of returning the goods shall be borne by our customer if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 5 working days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
5. complaints
The goods received must be checked immediately by the recipient for completeness and correctness. We will accept returned goods within 14 days of delivery. Please inform us of the reason for the complaint in writing by e-mail.
6. returns
In the event of cancellation, please return the goods to us. You must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
7 Offer and prices
All offers from the DDoptics Optik-Sport-Shop are subject to change and non-binding. As the shop offer is revised at regular intervals, the prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All previous price quotations lose their validity with an update of the shop stock or an article. For deliveries abroad, any customs duties and/or taxes incurred shall be borne by the customer.
8. reservation of title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made by the customer. We shall remain the owner of the goods until all claims to which we are entitled on any legal grounds against the customer and his possible resale customers now or in the future have been fulfilled.
9. data protection
We take data protection very seriously and it is very important to us. All personal data collected on our website is stored and processed exclusively for your individual support in the course of order processing and the sending of information (in particular the Optik-News-Post by e-mail). The invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions or of the purchase contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
15 Jurisdiction / Applicable law / Final provisions
The place of jurisdiction for all customer contracts is 6900 Bregenz. We would like to point out that Austrian law applies exclusively. We hereby exclude the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
