You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods (not receipt of the invoice!) without giving any reason. The day of delivery is not counted when calculating the cancellation period.

The cancellation period begins after receipt of the cancellation notice in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or telephone call) of your decision to cancel the order or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. You can use our Sample cancellation form but this is not mandatory. You can also use the cancellation form on our website (http://ddoptics.shop/widerruf-bestellung) electronically and send it to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by e-mail). In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the order, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; any transaction costs (which are currently not reimbursed to us by PayPal, for example) shall be borne by the customer. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back.

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us (DDoptics Optik Sport Shop, Webdeals Shops GmbH, Holzbodenweg 6, 6858 Schwarzach, Austria) immediately and in any case within fourteen days of receipt of the cancellation policy or receipt of the goods at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
