What are the shipping costs for orders in the online shop?

What payment methods are offered in the online shop?
Detailed information on payment can be found on our payment methods page. We offer several well-known payment options to provide the customer with the simplest and most convenient payment method. PayPal and credit card are two very popular payment methods and are of course available.
Can I order an intra-Community delivery as a company with UID?
Yes, this is possible. Enter your VAT number (sales tax identification number) on the checkout page together with your invoice and delivery data. Your VAT number will be checked live. As soon as it has been checked, your order will be confirmed and you will receive your order confirmation with the VAT number already taken into account. Please note that a VAT-exempt intra-community delivery is only possible with a valid VAT number and only to other EU countries outside of Austria.
How long does the delivery take?
We dispatch all orders on average within 3 working days after receipt of payment. For special products such as matrices and assemblies, delays may occur due to the variety of products. Exceptions are possible delays due to public holidays.
Can I pick up the ordered goods at the Optik Sport Shop location?
Optik Sport Shop is a specialised themed online shop and does not have an additional shop with opening hours. You decide when you want to shop conveniently in our online shop, we do not have opening hours. You can reach our online shop 24/7 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it is possible to collect your order in person in AT- 6858 Schwarzach by prior appointment.
What happens after I have completed my order?
You finalise your order by clicking on "Buy". After completion, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This will list the products ordered, all costs incurred and the billing and delivery address. Depending on the payment method selected, we will dispatch your order the following working day or after receipt of your advance payment.
How do I receive the invoice?
You will receive the invoice by e-mail in PDF file format after completion. A delivery note is enclosed with the parcel itself.
Is your order a gift with direct shipping?
Please also state the different delivery address when ordering. You also have the option of adding a personal comment to the gift, for example a thank you or a greeting. Please use the comment field on the checkout page. We will print this greeting on the delivery note which is always enclosed with the parcel. You will receive the invoice itself as a PDF by e-mail.
How safe is shopping in the online shop?
Your order is encrypted from the moment you enter your personal data, starting with the checkout page. The same applies to your customer area after logging in. We use very secure 2048-bit encryption for this. Personal payment data such as credit card numbers are not stored. It is therefore not possible to obtain information by legal means; we forward any legal enquiry to the relevant financial company you have chosen.
