Through a Simple rotary movement set the Continuous fibre optic light point until the desired brightness is reached. That is all!
Your new, intelligent i-dot does the rest. The dot lights up for you as soon as it senses your movement and you are in a natural shooting position. (+/- 45 degrees). If you exceed the Shooting angle of 45 degrees upwards or downwards the illuminated dot checks whether you are shooting uphill or downhill. If you do not return to the normal firing range after a few minutes, the illuminated dot switches to rest and transport mode.
IFiber transport mode
In the Transport mode the light point no longer activated by the movement. If you return to a normal shooting position with the optics, i-dot reacts to the movements again.
A Short jerk or tilt activated the light point immediately in the preset position. Brightness level (memory effect).
How is this possible? How does IFiber work?
The new light point control was developed with state-of-the-art microtechnology equipped. A State-of-the-art position and motion sensor registers every movement and the position of the optics.
A Controller interpreted this data in such a way that when fully functional a Maximum electricity savings can be used. The monitoring itself has a power consumption that is not higher than the self-discharge of the battery.
IFiber BLS (battery life protection)
If IFiber is unable to detect any activity for more than 3 hours, the electronics are able to switch themselves and the LED off completely.
This takes the control system into the 100% Switch off to the total battery conservation. It is then no longer able to activate itself without help. In this state, the battery is optimally protected against discharge by a consumer (control unit, light source).
Restart by reset
To restart the illuminated dot, simply return the on/off switch to the zero position for 2 seconds. The illuminated dot can then be used again as usual.
The Best of the new IFiber is that you can for only € 89,- surcharge with the new DDoptics riflescope - or you can simply have your old one retrofitted by DDoptics.
